An organization has launched an active community engagement program because it handles many responsibilities including data collection and analysis, representing our organization with other agencies, organizing workshops, webinars, and events, and engaging with the community to attend trainings and other environemnt related activities. Ourt team have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and handling administrative duties.

The major goal is to properly engage with the community, to develop a rapport, change their mindset and to increase their environmental awareness.

The second major goal is to appeal for volunteers to actively participate in changing the people's mindset by taking the best environmental conservency measures that are related to humans, flora (plant), and fauna (animals).
